Guardrails · what the agent will NOT generateThese rules keep your demos brand-safe. If a generation tries to break one, the request is rejected before publish — knowing them tells you why.

- •Never name a competitor or external SaaS brand. Why: a single competitor name in a leaked demo embarrasses CivOps and the prospect's buying committee.
- •Never invent agents, scenes, capabilities, or hero numbers. Why: hallucinated capabilities oversell. Every demo must stay a narration patch over the canonical macro.
- •Civi voice stays peer-to-peer. Why: "I'm visiting another plant" register tested best with operators. A pitch register kills the demo.
- •Single Civi voice across prospects. Why: brand consistency until v2 ships per-vertical voice variants.
- •Approval required before publish. Why: nothing reaches a prospect URL without a rep clicking Approve. Public-showcase rotation is the only exception (v2).
